Your account and content

Users are responsible for their accounts, notes, memories, and any content they submit. You may not use Tiniary for illegal conduct, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, child sexual abuse material, spam, scams, harassment, malware, or attempts to access another user's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tiniary in the prior twelve months. You agree to indemnify the operator from claims related to your content, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Tiniary Pro's available package, localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible introductory offer are shown in the app before purchase and confirmed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled through the applicable store account; prepaid and one-time products do not renew automatically. RevenueCat manages entitlement status. Refunds are subject to the store's policy. Tiniary does not store full card or bank details.

Not medical advice

Tiniary provides general baby play prompts and private memory tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, developmental screening, or a substitute for pediatric care. Premature-age adjustment is an activity-selection aid only; ask your clinician about health, feeding, sleep, safety, or development concerns. Tiniary does not collect photos, voice recordings, or biometric data and performs no facial or voice recognition.
